Rottingdean Village Helpline Launched

Village Helpline Launched

Yesterday (Thursday 16th April, 2020) we officially launched our village helpline.

Now anyone that needs help can give us a call.

10am – 6pm to talk to one of our volunteers.

What can we do to help?

We’ve been absolutely blown away by the amount of people signing up to volunteer. We’ve had lots of people offering to pick up and delivery groceries which is fantastic! That is one of the main volunteer roles we are currently assigning.

Other people that have volunteered include electricians, retired nurses, teachers, ministers, medics, ex military, IT, psychologists and psychotherapists and people just offering a friendly chat.

Please do get in touch with us if you need help or know someone that needs help. We’ve got lots of volunteers that are here for you. Do not think of yourself as a burden.

Give us a call on the phone number above or leave us a message on our contact form and our coordinator will be in touch.
