Since opening in 1974, RWC has remained a volunteer run centre serving the community. Wholly self-supporting, our large halls, and rooms can be hired for wedding receptions, parties, regular meetings of clubs, or other events. A wide range of academic and leisure courses are offered over three terms. Weekend talks on a variety of subjects run throughout the year.
You can book one or more of the four rooms available at the Centre. Please note the maximum capacity of the Centre is 199 persons
Main Hall – 95 standing or 70 sitting
Youth Hall – 55 standing or 45 sitting
GB Room – 37 standing or 20 sitting
Round Room – 12 standing or 12 sitting
Courses run three times a year:
January to March, April to July and September to December.
